Anyone know of some great skincare for oily, sensitive, acne prone skin?

I have extremely oily, naturally fair skin, with blemishes that spring up all around my jawline, around my mouth and chin, and on my forehead. I have tried proactiv, which was harsh on my skin, Neutrogena, skin ID, Aveeno, Burt's Bees and many other products. Nothing seems to make much difference. I am getting ready to head off to college and I'm in desperation! Any suggestions??
