Building a Gaming PC, would this set up work ok?

idk if itll b compatable, but its a pretty nice system. you have to get a 64 bit operating system if you want to take advantage of more thn 3.1gigs of ur ram. id get a 1tb hd, just cause. power supply should be good but id get a 1000 watt again, just cause. : ) and i have never herd of ur graphics card. processor is kick ***. but itll b really hot. just soze you noez.
