Baptism- anyone who has been to one or organised one before? please help!?

I don't know what religion you are but I'm baptist and we believe that if your baby were to p, that he or she would go to heaven no matter what. And children get baptized when the are old enough to accept God as their Savior and fully understand what that means. Kids usually get it done in my church around 8.
