What are the symptoms of?

Ive had a 104.2 degree fever, every inch of my body ached, my nose was completely congested and runny, I couldnt stop coughing, I was disoriented and weak, I was throwing up, and I could not stop shaking. I am positive it wasnt swine flu, and this isnt regular flu season, so what could it be? My doctors office is closed on weekends, as is the clinic, so I would have to go to the hospital, and that costs too much. Web Md was no help, as usual.
