How can i be more straightforward?

I notice all the guys in my school get the girls by being straight forward, but all there trying to do is sleep with them and there usually s, while im a sweet genuine guy( what i heard) but i cant seem to get the girl. but im pretty social and everything so i just want to know y cant i get the girl? and im not like terribly ugly all i know is im cute and adorable.
