I'm a guy and i have a crush on my male teacher, might he be into guys?

ok so im 18 and a senior this year in school.. my algebra teacher is new.. he is 23.. and really really cute.. he looks like zack efron.. he is always touching his hair kinda in a girly move.. and does this girl move with his hand sometimes when he wants you to shut up.. he is really nice.. and for some odd reason he gave the cl his cell #.. so if we ever need anything wich is kinda wierd.. what should i do.. might he be into guys??? no rude answers please..
