What to feed my fry fish?

hello all i was wondering what kinds of food i could feed my fry i have guppy and molly fry i currently feed them tetra color tropical flakes these fry are in a 10 gallon bare bottom tank with an aerator , filter and heater with aquarium salt if there is any food or anything i could do to try to accelerate their growth please let me know thanks.
