Since science fiction usually comes true how many years will it be until we have one world economy?

This seems to be a future proposition that would occur after some horrific nuclear war but really when will this occur why have superpowers? You have seen the difference in african people who were starving to death then moved to america and made something out of themselves with good nutrition health care etc.. Imagine the whole world like the usa britain and all of the democratic country's.
