Does any one know of a party hall or banquet that is under $400 where you can bring your own food and liquor?

Im Hosting a graduation party for my Husband who will receive his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. I need a small location to fit up to 75 guest in Chicago or near by suburbs. I would like to bring My own food ( im on a budget) and drinks. If any one knows a Place or number that i can check out please let me know asap! Thanks.
