Do you believe that the author from "Tell Tale Heart" belongs in jail or a mental hospital?

I agree with you. Humans are physiologically weak and we do tend too act irrational over small things.There clearly wasn't something right with him I mean the man heard heart beats and thought the policemen were making a mockery of him. I guess it could go either way.
