CRUSH HELP.........plz!!!?

I like this boy......we go to different schools but we see eachother all the time (we are neighbors he is in 6th grade i am in 7th and i am not to young for this) and he had a gf in my grade before so it isnt weird. I want to tell him i like him but i cant parents are friends too. he is also my best guy friend. i also want to know if he likes me. one day i was walkin away to watch every1 play footbal and he was like, frighted he yelled where are you goin......in a nice way and i told him and he said oh. also one time on the first day of school (i can walk to my old elemantry school so i go to pick up my sisters) i saw him and he looked kindof sad then i said hi and his face brighted. he kind of flirts with me. and sometimes he seems like he likes me and sometimes he ignores me. i didnt tell him but he kindof already knows i like him. i know this is really confusin but i need help.......i dont know how to tell him i like him and does he like me as a friend or more then one???????
