i just open a pack of raw stew beef meat, that i brought yesterday. It looks red and fresh on the outside, but when I open the package and took out the meat it looks grayish on the inside, like the kinda cooked color One piece had a milky grayish bluish color( this one looks more suspcious. Is the meat bad? Also There is some pieces frozen, i think my mom might have freeze it and then defrost in the fridge, could that be the cause of the first grayness i mention. Is the meat edible?
