My dogs are destroying my house and i dont know what to do!?

i have four dogs two older and two "pups". the pups have started to be quite the nuisances lately. one pup has gotten into the habit of destroying clothes underwear PJ's anything she can get her teeth on. we've tried different measures including locking the laundry chute and making sure laundry is done regularly but if something is accidentally forgotten she tears it to shreds. she only started doing this when we went away for a month and has progressively gotten worse since we got our new puppy. now the new puppy was never properly trained only knows how to sit and lay down and you have to be forceful (not hit her or anything to get her to listen to you. she has to be afraid or she'll just do her own thing. shes recently started messing in the house she had never done this before one of my older dogs started losing bladder control. I don't know how to break her of this messing in the house habit. she also charges the door as soon as you put your jacket on or your shoes. shes not a small dog and has knocked people down the stairs. my grandmother and cousins are afraid to come over because she is so high strung. i just don't know what to do i cant afford obedience cles and don't want to have to give my babies away but its getting to the point.HELP!
