Residence environment in Brooklyn NY?

Ok. I don't know a lot about Hughes area, but i think mostly black people live there. Red Hook East is "black" area, and it is pretty dangerous neighborhood. I heard that Red Hook West is improving and becomes pretty good place to live, but there is a transportation problem in that area (lack of trains, so u need to take a 5 min bus ride to get to the nearest train station). A lot of white ppl move to RH West. Seth Low, Tilden, and Van are "black" neighborhoods. They are not safe and very dirty. If you have to move to one of these places, I think RH West is the best choice. My answer may be offensive to some people, but I just gave some facts about Brooklyn neighborhoods, so take it easy.
