Trying to find the name of a song, please help me, i'm sure it'll be easy to guess which one i mean?

The main line in the chorus i think sounds like "round round right round round baby" "you spin me right round baby right round round round" or something like that and the artist is black and so is most of the other people in the music video, it's bran new this year, but it may be by a UK artist as i live in the UK :) I think i heard it's been number one at some point, so most should know what song i mean.
