What should I do (Ask him out)?

Okayy... sooo there's this guy *Tony* in my grade. He is really hot, and I have a huge crush on him! He was in one of my cles, and would sit next to me (every day). On Monday mornings, he would ask me how my weekend was. When the teacher was teaching, he would sit with his legs spread apart and facing me. He and I were smiling @ each other one day, and some girl whispered to another girl something like "*Tony and her are flirting," then they looked at ME and smiled. Tony ALWAYS playfully teases me & says "ewww" when he sees me & hides, but then quits and often starts talking to me. Sometimes he acts a bit nervous/shy and adjusts his clothes. I saw him at a party about a month ago, and he greeted me like crazy (however he was too shy to dance w/ me or any other girls). He remembers EVERYTHING & constantly refers back to inside jokes. He knew that I had a boyfriend & recently asked me if I was still dating him. Nonetheless, his friends are relentlessly teasing him about how he likes me & Tony just burries his face & strokes his beard. His friends tell me that I should ask him out (I told them that TONY should ask me out!) Tony's friends seem to be befriending me (I was always sort of friendly with them to begin with, but they seem to be friendlier). It seems to me, I am running into Tony EVERYWHERE in school. It almost seems like he is waiting for me after cl, and it seems like we are always last in the clroom together. He was smiling/flirting with me on Friday. Late last week, believe it or not, I broke up with my boyfriend. Today, Tony's friend asked me if I was still dating my BF and told him that I broke up with him. Then Tony's friend said, "Oh, well you should ask Tony out." Then Tony asked me what my ex's name was and looked him up on FACEBOOK! lol. Even Tony's younger brother is checking me out! My next door neighbor, that I used to babysit, told me in SEPTEMBER that Tony was talking about me! Does it seem to you that Tony likes me? What should I do, ask Tony out?(even though I heard one of his friends saying to him "Dude, if you dont ask her out, we will for ya!") I was thinkin' that I could ask him for sneaker advice, b/c he is y, muscular & athletic!
