Where can I find a "tree" with kids and ages on it, to get a gift for them?

In high school, we had a tree with paper ornaments that said if the kid was a boy or girl, and their age. And we could buy a gift, and send it in. Now that I'm out of school, I want to know where I can find a similar thing to give a child a gift. Any stores have a tree or gift thing? Thanks.
