Worried I am taking too many pills?

I got my wisdom teeth removed last wednesday. i felt most of what they were doing even though they used the max amount of Novocaine (12 shots) it didn't numb me correctly. He said friday would be the worst but after that i shouldn't have much or even no pain after. saturday the stitches started coming out. sunday morning at six am when i got home from being out (came home early because pain was horrible... but i was two hours away so couldn't get home until then) and the stitches came out completely. then the pain got to be REALLY bad. I took tylenol 3 and three ibuprofen. Since my kids were gone the night before one of their aunts the other at grandmas and werent coming home til After got out of work at 9 sunday night i decided to sleep it off and slept til 2. when i woke up that pain was absolutely horrible so i called the 24 hour emergency line my dentist was the on call dentist and he said he wanted me to come in then and get numbed up. it old him i was unable to because i had to go to work so he said he would get me stronger pain meds. (he had told the nurse to fax a prescription for vicodin, an antibiotic and medicated mouth wash and she decided to put in tylenol 3 and the mouth wash and that's it. he then said he would put me on the vicodin like he wanted me to be on, get the antibiotic and to come in the next day because he said there was no reason i should be in so much pain. Well the pain is still very bad. and I also itch pretty bad from the vicodin. SO I take one vicodin (he gave me 10mg) three ibuprofen and 3 benadryl (i know more than I should but that's the only way to slightly stop the itching) i take all that every 4-6 hours. the pain relief last like 2 hours and the pains not completely gone. Well since sunday I have gone through 9 vicodin. the tylenol three i have 3 left (both prescriptions had 20 in them) i bought the ibuprofen on wednesday which contained 100... i gave my mom like 3 ibuprofen and lost one when i choked on it and i only have 33 left.... the max your supposed to take is 6 a day... its only been a week now. (not even technically)plus lots of benadryl. plus i have to continue my sleep meds or else it can mess up stuff with me. so that's another every night. i would say in total i take 3 vicodin a day, 12 ibuprofen at least a day, probably abut 12 benadryl, my antibiotic four times a day (one each time like im supposed to) but its not helping with pain like i would hope. also all the meds make me not be able to sleep. ill finally get to sleep but wake up every few minutes feeling scared. then after like 2 hours of that i am able to sleep for about an hour and then up at six because i just cant sleep anymore. i am worried i am taking too many meds. i mean al,most 70 ibuprofen in less than a week. its not that i am addicted to the meds at all because they dont have any type of high for me at all, i don't feel anything besides a little pain Relief... but is this too much to be taking and what should i do... i need the meds for pain. i cant go through this pain!
