In what ways did Gandhi show that he was a Hindu?- what he did or said? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

When Christians asked that he convert to Christianity he replied, 'I have yet to find God from my own path, why should I take another?' or words to that effect. And when he was shot, as he slumped to the ground, the form of God that he gave voice to and that he called to was, "Rama, Rama". Most of the actions and statements made by Gandhi were universally spiritual and could easily be claimed by either path, Christian or Hindu. As he said also, "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. They are nothing like your Christ".
