Who do you reckon are the best singers in terms of singing skills?

I am aware now we judge singers on how their songs perform in the market without taking into account if they really have a singing talent. Eg. singers like Ashante, JLo, Brit Spears have no singing talent whereas you have the like of Whitney Houston, Celine Dion who can sing anything and satisfy you.
